- AFIH (Rania
- Kanpur Dehat)

**Experience**:

- Should have relevant experience **Remuneration**:

- Fixed yearly pkg or Per day Visit charges will be paid as per the agreement

**Educational Qualification **: MBBS, AFIH (Associate Fellow of Industrial Health)

Shift 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm

Sunday weekly off

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive the OHS function across the sites by developing implementing processes of

Occupational Health Industrial Hygiene aligned with national and international standards,
improves its health management system to achieve superior performance.
- OPD consultation.
- To handle emergency situation.
- To guide regarding hospitalization and further course of treatment.
- Regular inspection of medicines, Medical & Surgical Equipments (Stock & Expiry Date) etc.
- To Prevent & Promote the health of staff/workers
- Conduct Premedical examination for all staff/workers.
- Plan & organize annual health check-up for all employees.
- Vitals monitoring in OPD - To check BP Monitoring, Pulse rate, blood oxygen level (SPO2) &
Body temperature according to the employee health conditions.
- Regular checking of Ambulance conditions & Ambulance Check List.
- Conducting health awareness.
- Conducting First aid Training to First Aiders to Handle Emergency Situations.
- Bio medical Waste Management.
- Maintaining First Aid Boxes inside the Factory.
- Maintaining all Documents & Records related to Occupational Health Centre as per Factory Act/Rules.

**Technical Competencies**

Knowledge of Clinical and Patient care, Occupational Health related problems
