1. **Social Media Strategy Development**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and brand identity.
- Set measurable objectives, such as increasing brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Identify the best social media platforms for the brand and tailor strategies for each one.
2. **Content Creation and Management**
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, text, stories, etc.) that resonates with the target audience.
- Ensure content reflects the brand’s tone and voice while staying relevant to industry trends.
- Plan content calendars and ensure consistent posting across all social platforms.
3. **Community Engagement and Customer Interaction**
- Actively monitor social media platforms to engage with followers, respond to comments, questions, and direct messages in a timely and positive manner.
- Build relationships with the online community by encouraging discussions and fostering engagement.
- Address customer complaints or inquiries on social channels to improve brand perception.
4. **Analytics and Performance Tracking**
- Analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, native platform analytics, or third-party tools.
- Monitor key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, conversions, and ROI.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results.
5. **Campaign Development and Execution**
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including sponsored posts, advertisements, and influencer partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create campaign assets (graphics, videos, etc.).
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and trends to maximize results.
6. **Trend Monitoring and Innovation**
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, implementing them into strategies.
- Experiment with new formats, trends (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok challenges), and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
7. **Brand Reputation Management**
- Monitor brand mentions and sentiment across all social media channels.
- Manage any negative comments or feedback with diplomacy and professionalism, ensuring a positive brand image.
- Create and enforce brand guidelines for social media content to maintain a cohesive identity.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
