Designation: Team Leader - Customer Support
Location: On-site (Chennai)

As an account manager, you’d be one of the key members in our customer support team, and would be responsible for all aspects of our customer relationship as the one-point contact for the customers.
Strong written communication skills and experience in international voice process would be essential assets. Experience in handling a team for at least 5 years is a requirement for this role. We will be providing extensive training to help you adapt to our systems and processes.
