**Job Description Summary**

This is a direct customer-facing role responsible for engaging with cardiologists and radiologists to drive sales of PDX products. The Sales Trainee will cover the Udaipur and Jodhpur territories, including key locations such as Bhilwara, Kota, and surrounding districts within a 250 km radius. The region has a business potential of over ₹9 crores (~$1.2 million) annually, with an existing base of ₹7 crores and more than 120 customers. Key responsibilities include business development, improving profitability through a better product mix, strengthening customer service channels, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent customer engagement..

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for selling products, services, parts, solutions, or projects within a defined geographic area.
- Continuously expanding knowledge of the assigned sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, and customer segments to effectively implement strategies and policies.
- Currently developing higher-level knowledge and skills relevant to the role.
- Possesses a basic understanding of key business drivers and uses this knowledge to complete assigned tasks.
- Understands how their work integrates with other teams and contributes to broader business objectives.
- May exercise limited decision-making autonomy within a defined framework.
- Resolves issues requiring commercial judgment within established procedures; escalates matters beyond defined parameters to senior team members.
- Requires strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Communicates regularly with internal teams regarding design and coordination of services.
- In customer-facing roles, builds strong relationships and acts as the primary interface between the customer and GE HealthCare.
- Explains technical information clearly to both customers and internal stakeholders.
- The incumbent will be based out of Jodhpur.

**Required Qualifications**
- This role requires 2+ years of experience in Sales in Radiology/ Cardiology segment.
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's/Master's degree from an accredited university or college.

**Desired Characteristics**
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
