- 30 hours/week (Flexible)**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

**User & Course Administration**
- Manage the process by which existing courses are revised and refreshed for release to subsequent cohorts
- Provide technical support during the authoring & course/learning plan development process, implement media assets in newly-developed courses
- Responsible for managing the life cycle of content (i.e., uploading, updating, expiring, etc.) in accordance with established data integrity, rules, and LMS Enrollment processes

**Server & Configuration Management**
- Understand Program requirements, create designs, perform test reviews and validate the topologies to ensure high levels of product experience.
- Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to extend out-of-box Moodle capabilities
- Based on Business Processes and User Requirements, integrate, implement & test plugins/APIs and write scripts to automate Moodle routines and processes.
- Design end-to-end solutions that maximize collaboration, productivity, and decision support
- Identifies, investigates, and resolves production problems in a timely manner, based on their priority.

**Product Management Support**
- Stay up-to-date with technology and e-learning developments and generate new ideas to draw targeted customers' attention
- Maintains training library content, and relevant workflows, while evaluating course usage and monitoring completion
- Recommend, plan, develop, test, execute, and validate product enhancements, customizations, and upgrades

**User Support**
- Triage, assess, and provide solutions for tickets/issues raised by the user community of Sapienturians, students, and staff.
- Maintain a welcoming, supportive and professional atmosphere; greet and assist users by answering phone calls, chat support & screen share assistance as appropriate, relying upon knowledge and judgment

Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in Moodle LMS with a thorough understanding of various Moodle modules and experience in customizing Moodle functionalities and developing custom modules for Moodle Experience in integrating plug-ins and writing new plug-ins to extend the Moodle system core features Experience with Moodle API and integration with third-party systems Basic understanding of Linux, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, AJAX, Apache, and Moodle LMS Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, instructional design or a field related to the position Good understanding of SQL and related databases and Laravel Framework Experience in building or managing a content management system (CMS) is a plus. Thorough knowledge of database architecture and administration. Experience in unit & behat testing and accessibility testing. AWS cloud capability (Cloud foundational or associated or similar with Azure / Google Cloud).
