**About Us**:
Shri Pavithra Auto Products Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer of automotive components. We are seeking an experienced Press Tool Maker/Service to join our team.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop press tools, jigs, and fixtures for manufacturing processes
- Fabricate and assemble tools, dies, and molds
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing tools and equipment
- Collaborate with production team to optimize tool performance
- Ensure tool quality, safety, and efficiency
- Develop and implement tool maintenance schedules
- Assist in training junior staff

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Tool & Die Making, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- 2-5+ years of experience in tool room operations, tool design, and maintenance
- Proficient in CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Experience with press tool design and manufacturing processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills

**Desirable Skills**:

- Knowledge of automotive industry standards
- Experience with CNC machines and programming
- Familiarity with quality control processes
