**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Identify what clients are looking for in their briefs and create explainer video concepts that can help them tell their stories.
- Conceptualize the video and create scripts based on the clients needs.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director, Illustrators, and Animators to bring the video to life.
- Sticking to timelines and deadlines is crucial and will be detrimental to the role.
- Should be able to follow the guidelines of explainer video making (Concept - Script - Storyboard - Illustration - Animation) while thinking out of the box.

**Skills**:

- Excellent language and writing skills (both long form and short form).
- Creativity and imagination to come up with original ideas and inspired scripting choices.
- Should be able to dissect and research client briefs and create concepts accordingly.
- Should be able to break down and convert complex ideas to simple concepts.
- Should be aware of design trends and video animation style.
