**About the Company**:
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a results-driven **SEO Executive** with 1-3 years of experience to improve the company’s search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and support digital lead generation. You will play a key role in developing and executing SEO strategies for the company’s website and client projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and internal linking to improve search visibility.
- Manage both on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry news.
- Generate monthly reports on SEO performance and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in local SEO and international SEO campaigns (if applicable).
- Optimize websites for mobile and Core Web Vitals.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of hands-on SEO experience in an IT, SaaS, or digital marketing company.
- Strong understanding of Google ranking factors, technical SEO, and keyword strategies.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Experience in content optimization and working with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structures.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)**:

- Experience in B2B or IT/software services marketing.
- Familiarity with schema markup, link building, and SEO automation tools.
- Basic knowledge of PPC/Google Ads is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
