- Accounts Associate : Transport

Location:

- Nashik, Maharashtra

Salary:

- 18,000 To 25,000 Per Month

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years in Accounting field
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of Previous experience in accounting or finance roles is advantageous.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices, coding expenses, and preparing payments.
- Handle accounts receivable tasks, such as invoicing clients, posting payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and files.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
- Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assist with special projects and other ad hoc tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Languages : English Hindi And Marathi

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
