**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and rigorous English lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of secondary school students.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive English curriculum that aligns with academic standards and promotes language proficiency, literacy skills, and appreciation for literature.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated to participate actively, express their ideas, and engage critically with texts.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technology tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences in the English classroom.
- Assess student learning through a variety of formative and summative assessment methods, providing timely feedback to students and parents on their progress.
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate the individual learning styles, interests, and abilities of students, including English language learners and students with diverse backgrounds.
- Collaborate with colleagues, departmental teams, and school leadership to develop and refine curriculum, instructional materials, and assessment practices.
- Use data-driven instruction and assessment data to inform instructional decision-making and support student achievement goals.
- Cultivate a positive and respectful classroom culture that values academic integrity, collaboration, and a love for literature among students.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress, academic performance, and other relevant matters.
- Participate in professional development activities, workshops, and conferences to stay current on best practices in English education, language acquisition, and literary analysis.
- Engage in continuous reflection and self-assessment to improve teaching practices, instructional delivery, and student outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree or higher in English Literature, English Language Teaching, or a related field (required).
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification with a specialization in English (required).
- Previous experience teaching English at the secondary school level, preferably in an international or multicultural setting (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using technology tools and digital resources to enhance English instruction and support student learning.
- Commitment to student-centered teaching practices, inquiry-based learning, and differentiated instruction.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student success and achieve academic goals.
- Understanding of assessment principles and practices, including the ability to design and administer effective assessments to measure student learning.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement as an educator.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
