**Job Description : Drawing Teacher**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instruction and Curriculum Development**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging drawing lessons tailored to students' skill levels and interests.
- Develop curriculum materials, lesson plans, and projects that cover fundamental and advanced drawing techniques.
- Teach various drawing styles, including but not limited to sketching, shading, perspective, anatomy, and abstract art.
- **Student Development**:

- Assess students' abilities and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their techniques and artistic vision.
- Encourage creativity, self-expression, and confidence in students' artistic endeavors.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment where all students feel valued and inspired.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a well-organized and safe classroom environment.
- Ensure that all art supplies and equipment are used responsibly.
- Monitor student behaviour and enforce rules to create a respectful learning atmosphere.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Track student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Prepare and evaluate assignments, projects, and exams.
- Communicate with parents, guardians, and school administrators about student progress as needed.
- **Professional Growth**:

- Stay updated on new art trends, techniques, and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development opportunities.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹42,394.56 per month

Expected hours: 1 per week

**Experience**:
