Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Aware of rail safety
- Good knowledge of Locomotive engine, transmission and driving mechanism maintenance to increase MTBF
- Skill of using LLF, FMEA, RCA for improving reliability
- Major overhaul planning and execution for locomotive to achieve Zero breakdown
- Material and sub assy planning for reducing MTTR
- Maintaining history of equipment in SAP
- Up keep of LOCO shed and associated EOT crane
- Executing projects for optimising fuel and lub consumption
- Training and development of team
- Online digital tracking of loco’s performance

Educational Qualification: B tech/M Tech

Experience: Minimum 12-15 yrs of relevant experience
