**Role description**:
The Senior Architect for Anaplan and Fluence Tech will lead the design, implementation, and management of integrated planning solutions, leveraging Anaplan and Fluence technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in performance management consulting, adept at driving organizational improvements by integrating strategy, technology, and people. The Senior Manager will oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Solution Architecture and Delivery**:

- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of sophisticated planning solutions using Anaplan and Fluence Tech platforms to address complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand pain points, and propose tailored solutions that optimize processes and enhance functionality.
- Oversee and guide the integration of Anaplan and Fluence Tech with other systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support to a growing team of Anaplan and Fluence Tech resources.
- Lead by example, setting high standards for solution architecture, quality, and adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- **Strategic Planning and Stakeholder Management**:

- Collaborate with senior management to understand strategic direction and align team goals accordingly.
- Demonstrate executive presence during interactions with senior leadership, effectively communicating project status, challenges, and solutions.
- **Continuous Improvement and Innovation**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and industry trends related to Anaplan and Fluence Tech, incorporating them into solution designs and team skill development.
- Adapt existing methods and procedures to create alternative solutions to moderately complex problems, using considerable judgment to determine appropriate approaches.

**Qualifications**:

- 15+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in performance management consulting, with a focus on planning functions.
- Deep expertise in Anaplan and Fluence Tech platforms, with a track record of successful solution delivery.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, manage complex projects, and drive organizational improvements.
