**Job Title**: Placement Coordinator

**Position Overview**:
The Placement Coordinator is responsible for connecting students with potential employers, conducting recruitment drives, and ensuring high placement rates.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Placement Activities**: Plan and manage on-campus/off-campus recruitment drives across Polytechnic, ITI, and Degree Colleges nationwide. Build and maintain relationships with recruiters and industry professionals.
- **Student Engagement**: Provide pre-placement counseling, address student concerns, and offer mentoring for interview preparation.
- **College Collaboration**: Develop partnerships with college authorities (Principals, TPOs) and leverage alumni networks for placement opportunities.
- **Data Management & Reporting**: Maintain records of training, placements, and feedback. Prepare reports for management.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and networking skills.
- Proficient in data management and reporting tools.
- Experience with campus placements in Polytechnic, ITI, or Degree Colleges preferred.

**Key Attributes**:

- Result-oriented and proactive.
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Quarterly bonus
