Core Responsibilities
- **Patient Monitoring & Assessment**: Continuously monitor newborns' vital signs, respiratory and neurological functions, and overall health status, responding quickly to any signs of distress or deterioration.
- **Specialized Care**: Administer specialized treatments, medications, and nutritional support to manage the complex needs of critically ill or premature infants.
- **Equipment Management**: Operate and maintain specialized NICU equipment such as ventilators and incubators to provide life-sustaining care.
- **Care Planning & Collaboration**: Work with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive, individualized care plans.
- **Family Support & Education**: Provide emotional support and guidance to parents and families, educating them on their newborn's condition, basic care, and home care procedures.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting observations, treatments, and progress in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- **Safety & Infection Control**: Ensure a safe and sterile environment within the NICU to prevent infections and other complications.
Key Skills Neonatal assessment, Respiratory support, Neonatal transport, Advanced technology skills, and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
