Staff Nurse, Rn

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Health Assessments**:

- Conduct pre-employment and periodic health assessments of construction workers.
- Monitor the physical condition of employees exposed to various work conditions.
- **Medical Care & First Aid**:

- Provide first aid treatment in case of injuries or emergencies on the construction site.
- Manage and respond to medical emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Maintain an organized and fully stocked medical room with necessary supplies.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Collaborate with safety officers to promote health and safety regulations.
- Educate workers on injury prevention, proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and health guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining records of occupational injuries and illnesses in compliance with legal requirements.
- **Health Promotion & Education**:

- Conduct regular health awareness sessions on-site covering topics like hygiene, fitness, hydration, stress management, and proper lifting techniques.
- Provide support in ergonomic assessments and suggest improvements to working conditions where necessary.
- **Record Keeping & Reporting**:

- Maintain confidential medical records of all employees, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws.
- Prepare and submit reports related to site injuries, health assessments, and general well-being of workers to management and safety departments.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with on-site supervisors, safety officers, and HR teams to implement health and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers or hospitals when further medical attention is required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
