**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a **qualified and compassionate Female Nurse** to manage the health and wellness of workers in our garment factory. The nurse will be responsible for providing basic medical care, health monitoring, hygiene inspections, and supporting compliance with health and safety standards on the factory floor.

**Key Responsibilities:Medical Care & First Aid**:

- Provide first aid and emergency medical support to workers.
- Monitor and respond to health issues and workplace injuries.
- Maintain stock of first aid and medical supplies.
- Refer serious cases to hospitals or clinics as needed.

**Health Monitoring**:

- Regularly monitor the health of workers, especially female workers.
- Keep track of chronic illnesses or pregnancy-related concerns.
- Maintain medical records and daily health logs.

**Hygiene & Safety Compliance**:

- Conduct daily hygiene checks in production areas, toilets, and canteen.
- Ensure clean and safe working conditions are maintained.
- Support compliance during buyer or audit visits (e.g., WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX).

**Awareness & Education**:

- Educate workers on personal hygiene, menstrual health, nutrition, and general wellness.
- Provide basic counseling for stress or fatigue-related issues.

**Reporting**:

- Submit daily/weekly reports to the HR or Compliance department.
- Assist in documentation for health and safety audits.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- **License**: Valid nursing registration (as per local/state requirements).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in an industrial or clinic setting preferred.
- **Gender Requirement**: Female (for effective communication with female workers).
- **Language**: Basic communication skills in local language and simple English.
