**About the Company**:
Asiatic Tools is a growing manufacturer of high-quality customized and standardized **metal cutting tools**. We cater to engineering industries that require tools such as CNC, VMC tools, brazed tools, and other precision cutting instruments. We are now expanding our field presence and looking for motivated sales professionals to strengthen our customer relationships and dealer network.

**Job Responsibilities: Sales & Market Development**
- Identify and meet potential customers in industrial zones and machine shops.
- Promote metal cutting tools and understand customer-specific needs (standard/customized tools).
- Conduct product demos and explain technical features.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into orders.

**Dealer Engagement**
- Visit prospective dealers to introduce product range and company background.
- Collect dealer requirements and assess their fit with company offerings.
- Support dealers with pricing, negotiation, and documentation support.

**Customer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure timely feedback and support after sales.
- Gather market feedback and relay it to the internal team for improvements.

**Coordination & Reporting**
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order follow-ups.
- Submit visit reports and weekly sales updates to management.
- Maintain records of client interactions, quotations, and orders.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. - Mechanical or related technical field preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in B2B field sales; experience in tools, cutting tools, or engineering components preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Good spoken and written communication in Gujarati and Hindi.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat or assigned territory.
