**Job Title**: L4 Network Administrator

**Professional Summary**:
A highly skilled and experienced L4 Network Administrator with 8-15 years of expertise in strategic planning, design, implementation, and management of advanced network systems. This role involves leading complex network projects, ensuring optimal performance, and maintaining high levels of network security and reliability. Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider environment is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement strategic plans for network infrastructure to support business goals and objectives.
- **Network Design and Architecture**: Lead the design and architecture of complex network solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- **Advanced Troubleshooting**: Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of critical network issues, providing expert-level support.
- **Performance Optimization**: Continuously monitor and optimize network performance, implement best practices, and improve solutions.
- **Security Management**: Oversee the implementation and enforcement of comprehensive network security strategies for routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- **Project Leadership**: Lead cross-functional teams for large-scale network projects, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of network configurations, policies, and procedures.

**Technical Skills**:

- **Networking**: Expertise in advanced networking concepts like TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN.
- **Hardware**: Advanced routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers.
- **Software**: Expertise in network monitoring and management tools (Cisco IOS, Juniper Junos, Palo Alto PAN-OS, SolarWinds, LogicMonitor, NetFlow).
- **Security**: Advanced Firewalls (IDS/IPS, VPNs), Zero Trust Solutions, Zero Trust Architecture.
- **Tools**: Advanced monitoring solutions like Splunk, Nagios, and PRTG.

**Certifications**:
Professional certifications such as Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Juniper Networks Certified Expert (JNCIE), or similar certifications are highly desirable.

**Experience**:
