**Job Description**:
We're looking for a dedicated Flatbread Assistant to join our kitchen team. As a Flatbread Assistant, you'll support our Roti Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of Indian flatbreads like roti, naan, and paratha. This role requires someone with a passion for Indian cuisine, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Roti Chef in preparing dough and shaping flatbreads according to established recipes and techniques.
- Cook flatbreads on a tava or griddle, ensuring even cooking and optimal taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, following food safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service of flatbreads.
- Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous kitchen experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Indian cooking techniques a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to recipes.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

**Benefits**:

**Salary**: ₹11,500.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
