- Remote management through Team Viewer & Remote Desktop to solve Windows and software issues.
- Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues

**Work Location : Goa**

**Technical Skills**
- Installation, configuration and managing of Windows 7 upto Windows 10 machines.
- Should have excellent troubleshooting skills on Windows Desktop OS.
- Should have complete knowledge of the basics of Network, Servers, Firewall.
- Strong hardware troubleshooting skills installation, configuration & management of Servers, WiFi, Router and Network devices.
- Monitoring of Srevers and Network devices to ensure mínimal downtime.
- Should have basic knowledge of RAID.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

- Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
