**Responsibilities**:

- **Reception**:

- Greet visitors and answer phone calls.
- Handle general inquiries about study and tourist visas.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
- **Counselling**:

- Provide guidance on study and tourist visa options.
- **Admin Support**:

- Keep records of client interactions.
- Assist with office tasks like filing and data entry.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of visa processes (study and tourist visas).
- Good communication skills (spoken and written).
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Previous experience in customer service or admin roles is a plus.

**Salary & Working Hours**:

- ₹10,000 - 12,000 per month.
- 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
