Notable projects include the Lumvel Lighting exhibition at Acetech Delhi, Punjab Grill in Gurgaon, and The Atrium in Gurgaon. The studio also offers turnkey solutions, branding, and staging, delivering a holistic, client-centric approach across all its projects.

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a highly skilled Draftsman with a minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end residential and large-scale commercial projects**l**. This role demands precision, attention to detail, and a solid grasp of interior and architectural detailing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare accurate and detailed architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
- Ensure drawings are aligned with design standards and client requirements.
- Incorporate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings, identifying and resolving clashes for smooth coordination.
- Update drawings based on client feedback and site modifications.
- Maintain organized documentation and drawing archives.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, interior designers, engineers, and vendors.
- Adhere to project timelines and ensure high-quality output.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in drafting for interior design and construction projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, architectural detailing, and interior finishes.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and integrate them with architectural plans.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and commitment to quality.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
