**Job Title: Sales Coordinator - Security Systems Integration**

**Location: Navi Mumbai**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing client database, and preparing sales reports

Coordinate with internal departments (such as installation, technical support, and finance) to ensure timely delivery of projects and payments

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular follow-ups, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Assist in developing and executing sales strategies, including market research, competitor analysis, and lead generation

Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and network with potential clients

Knowledge of security systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion alarm systems etc. will be an added bonus.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma in engineering or a related field OR Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

Freshers are welcome, however, 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably in the field of security systems integration or related industries, would be an added advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

Knowledge of security systems and technologies will be an added advantage
