**Job Requirement**:

- BE/B.Tech -Mechanical/Automobile/Electronics/Electrical with 3+ Years’ experience in production line from Automobile/ Automotive/ similar industries

**Job Role**:

- Understanding business planning and extracting monthly production plans to meet customer requirements
- Line balancing to meet and handle customer requirements and fluctuations in terms of man power and resources.
- Training the work force towards safe and effective working.
- Should be able to trouble shooting day to day issues and leading the teams to get the on time solutions form CFT teams in case to case basis.
- Should develop performance driven culture and disciplined behaviours at shop floor at all time.
- Ensure no customer line stoppages due to production losses and maintain relevant inventory levels at all locations.
- Optimize facility layouts, production lines, machine operations and network performance.
- Resolve issues and delays in production du e to line losses.
- Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality
- Develop plans and implement ways to reduce/eliminate in process rejections and implement zero defect culture.
- Should have exposure in running automated manufacturing line
- Should have handled a team up to 20 man heads
- Should have understanding of PPAP (control plan, PFD, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
- Should be able to understand Statistical data.
- Should be aware of run charts
- To maintain daily, weekly and monthly production reports with all relevant data and presenting to top management.
- Understanding of IATF/ EHS requirements.
- Understanding of measuring equipment’s
- Production engineering and new lines installation
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool design
- Knowledge of handling Li ion batteries is added advantage.
- OEE calculations and defining of losses
- Hand on experience of Man power training and working on there Skill Matrix.
- Well versed with IATF, OHSHAS requirements and related documentation.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of PP SAP module and handy with MS office, Autocad etc
- Should be able to handle autonomous maintenance aligned with Core maintenance team
- Understanding of basic robot workings.
