**Qualifications Required**:

- M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology or M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (recognized by RCI preferred)
- Registration with Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) is an added advantage
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting (freshers with internship experience may also be considered)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assessment and Diagnosis**:

- Conduct psychological assessments, including IQ testing, personality assessment, and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop comprehensive case formulations based on diagnostic findings
- **Therapeutic Intervention**:

- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Design and implement behavior modification plans
- Provide evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, REBT, etc.
- **Case Management**:

- Maintain detailed case records and documentation as per hospital protocols
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning with psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers
- **Crisis Intervention**:

- Assist in managing psychological emergencies and risk assessments (e.g., suicide, aggression)
- Support patients during acute psychiatric episodes
- **Patient & Family Education**:

- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and therapy goals
- Provide psychoeducation and counseling to caregivers
- **Training and Supervision**:

- Supervise psychology interns or trainees (if applicable)
- Conduct workshops or awareness sessions for staff and interns
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical protocols

**Skills Required**:

- Ethical and professional conduct
- Good documentation and reporting abilities
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

**Working Hours: 9hrs including break hours**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
