Advisor/trainee - Early Careers

**Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)**:

- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Liaise with teams and businesses to understand job requirements specifications well
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on appropriate job portals and other sites

**Offer Preparation**:

- Prepare offer letters as per request
- QA for accuracy and policy adherence

**Onboarding**
- To conduct joining formalities, joining pack, documents that they need to submit along at joining
- Ensuring follow up for relevant agreements and filing
- Ensuring system records are upto date and accurate
- Background verification process support
- ORC system management support
- New hire screening support

**Document collection & Reference check**:

- Ensure all the documents are collected within the TAT
- Checking individual joining pack for completion of details by new joiners

**Stake holder & vendor management**
- Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships with business and vendors
- Understand requirements and be able to translate requirements into actions

**Data **management**:

- To maintain all the HR Operations trackers
- Complete filing of all documentation and ensure all records updated

**Audit**:

- Conduct audit of personnel files of the employees
- Audit processes managed/SPOE for other process to ensure quality of data

**Business **continuity**
- SOP updates on a timely basis
- Ensuring cross training for processes managed to ensure backups

**Systems**
- Service Central updates
- Oracle - Recruiting updates
- Oracle - Human Resource updates
- Oracle - Absence updates
- Any other new systems we implement in the team

**MI &** Reporting**:

- Create relevant MI and generate reports as per request/needs of the business

**Qualifications**:
A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in human resource management or relevant fields

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong people management skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Strong stake holder management
- Proficient at handling multiple priorities simultaneously and ability to effectively prioritise workload
- Ability to work independently in an ambiguous and dynamic environment with limited guidance
- Ability to drive a team to deliver requirements in a rapidly changing environment

**Knowledge/Experience**:

- Proficient in MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel especially formulas and reporting in Excel
