Chrysalis Services is a consulting firm focused on transforming the social sector in India. We partner with trusts/foundations/NGOs and other not-for-profit organizations to help them improve their efficiencies in their chosen sector thereby significantly enhancing their overall impact. We partner with corporates/philanthropists to help them run their programs/projects end-to-end in an efficient manner. We connect independent agencies involved in due diligence, accreditation, social impact audits, etc. to NGOs and corporates alike, and assist in running programs/projects professionally.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Strategize and develop content and attain timely consensus with clients on upcoming creatives

2. Design, build and maintain our social media presence

3. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

4. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

5. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

6. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

7. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

9. Develop clear and consistent messaging across campaigns.

10. Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas with the marketing and design teams.

11. Conduct market and competitor research to guide messaging.

12. Edit and revise copy based on feedback.

13. Ensure brand voice consistency across all content

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of proven experience in copywriting or related roles.
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and tone.
- Ability to write for various formats and audiences.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Familiarity with digital campaign metrics

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
