Field Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit client sites to provide support, conduct assessments, and gather feedback.
- Execute tasks such as data collection, surveys, product demonstrations, and service installations.
- Manage customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure smooth delivery and installation of products/services as per the client's requirements.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on customer preferences and competitor activities.
- Maintain detailed records of field visits, client interactions, and project progress.
- Assist in managing relationships with clients and vendors to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients on any service-related issues and resolve them promptly.
- Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and execution.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures while on the field.
- Report daily/weekly/monthly on work progress, customer feedback, and any challenges faced.
- Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency based on field observations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role (2+ years) in field sales, service, or customer support.
- Basic knowledge of the industry or product offerings.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to client sites as required.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using smartphones, tablets, or other mobile devices for reporting and communication.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within designated regions.

Pay: ₹12,243.38 - ₹18,538.43 per month
