We are currently looking for a **Telecalling Associate**who can engage potential clients over phone calls and assist them with our legal services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our legal services
- Handle incoming calls and respond to client queries promptly and professionally
- Understand client needs and guide them through appropriate legal services
- Maintain a record of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Share qualified leads with the legal team for further consultation
- Follow up with clients to ensure documentation and service progress
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with care
- Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field
- Freshers can also apply
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali
- Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office is preferred
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
- Ability to understand and explain basic legal services (training will be provided)
