Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee student placements, ensuring maximum hiring opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships strong relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry professionals
- Organize grooming sessions, resume-building workshops, and placement drives.
- Manage placement community engagement with daily updates, posters, and networking events.
- Coordinate with trainers and operations teams for student performance tracking.
- Maintain student placement records
- Provide weekly and monthly placement reports
- Conduct company visits to establish hiring partnerships.
- Develop and execute effective placement strategies to secure job opportunities for students.
- Coordinate and organize placement drives, career fairs, and campus recruitment events.
- Provide career counseling and organize workshops, mock interviews, resume-building sessions, and soft skills training.
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of employers, job openings, and student profiles.
- Assist in organizing internships and project opportunities for students.
- Conduct Monthly department meeting & Maintain seemless Coordination with Other departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in placement coordination in IT/non-IT Training sector.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities.

Ability to convince and persuade, with strong attention to detail.

Conduct grooming sessions to prepare students for the professional environment (preferred, will be a merit)

Language Proficiency:
English: Professional proficiency (both written and spoken)

Malayalam: Conversational proficiency

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Language**:
