Job Title: Designer

Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, presentations, and advertisements.
- Should be capable of creating animated, infographic videos as well as live-action videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive visual message.
- Provide design support for various marketing initiatives, including trade shows, events, and product launches.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's visual identity and brand strategy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Designer in a marketing department or agency.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel draw, Canva).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with web design and UX/UI principles is a plus.
