**Job Title: Interior Designer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop precise and comprehensive working drawings for interior projects.
- Collaborate with the design team to interpret concepts and transform them into accurate technical plans.
- Ensure drawings align with project specifications, design intent, and industry standards.
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and verify design feasibility when necessary.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
- Update and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of proven experience in creating interior working drawings.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of 3D modeling software is a plus.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
