This is a full-time permanent position
- You should possess a strong command of English and training ability for this position.
- You are required to work 5 days from 12 PM until 9 PM in Indian Time (shifts will be promulgated, no night shifts)
- The Job Location is Kochi.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced OET Trainer to join in our Academy and play a pivotal role in empowering healthcare professionals to excel in the Occupational English Test (OET).

**Expected Start Date**: Immediate

**Responsibilities**:
1)Preparation of Training / Coaching material.

2)Customizing the study material as per needs.

3)Preparing training schedules.

4)Counselling to aspirants / test takers / nurses / students

5)Conduct impeccable training and finish on time

6)Coaching and driving results.

7)Explaining and supporting the wards who need more attention

8)Supporting the trainees with local language explanations and understanding

9)Act as a point of contact for trainings and training related activities and administration.

10)To communicate and coordinate and work along with the training team.

11)To communicate and coordinate with the Academic head and the department

12)Attend daily / periodic meeting and deliver work as planned / required.

13)Daily, weekly and perioding reporting.

**Required Qualification**:

- A graduate with a Bachelors degree in English / relevant field.
- 2 plus years of experience in English language teaching or training field is required.
- Relevant OET/IELTS/TESOL certifications
- Familiarity in local language.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the diverse learning styles of individuals.
- Prior experience in developing and customizing training materials for OET preparation.
- Passion to learn and grow.
- Responsible and motivated to give your best.
- Team skills and strong relationship building skills.
- Ability to accomplish results.
- Good Computer & Applications handling skills
- Microsoft Office & Business Communication

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
