**Supervise housekeeping staff**: Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure staff follow company protocols.
- **Inspect rooms and public areas**: Check cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation standards.
- **Maintain inventory**: Track cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities; reorder stock as needed.
- **Schedule shifts**: Prepare and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage for all areas.
- **Train new staff**: Provide onboarding and continuous training for efficiency and safety.
- **Ensure compliance**: Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- **Handle guest complaints**: Address and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly.
- **Coordinate with other departments**: Work with front office, maintenance, and laundry for smooth operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
