Role Description

This is a Full-time or Part-time on-site role as a Pharmacist at Morya Hospital, Wagholi, Pune. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing and reviewing medication, counseling patients on medication use, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with legal and professional guidelines. The Pharmacist will also manage and train pharmacy staff, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to promote and deliver high-quality patient care.

**Qualifications**:
Degree
- in Pharmacy
- Valid state pharmacist license and registration
- Demonstrated knowledge of clinical pharmacy and medication therapy management
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and staff, and deliver exceptional patient care
- Experience with pharmacy operations, dispensing, and inventory management
- Compliance with legal and professional requirements of the industry
- Ability to adapt to changing environments, multitask, and prioritize work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Basic computer: 1 year (preferred)

- Pharmacist: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Registered Pharmacist (required)
