**Job Description: Graphic Designer**
**Company: HAAPS Digital Marketing Agency, Bangalore**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop, design, and support a wide range of creative marketing solutions, advertisements, magazines, posters, hoardings, displays, Logo Creation, Video Editing, and shooting, projects.
- Assist in maintaining and archiving assets such as photos, printed projects, and other marketing materials.
- Manage design content and provide creative design recommendations for a diverse range of clients.
- Think creatively to solve problems while respecting and working within defined boundaries.
- Oversee the design and production of all online and offline marketing materials.
- Ensure high standards of creativity and design quality are maintained across all projects.
- Manage creative samples and promotional items, estimate sizes and quantities, and determine time and costs for creative marketing solutions.
- Demonstrate strong conceptual and visualization skills during all phases of creative development.

**Skills Required**:

- Highly skilled in graphic design, both conceptually and practically. Proficient in design software and technologies**:

- Adobe InDesign**:

- Adobe Illustrator**:

- Adobe Photoshop**:

- Adobe Premiere Pro**:

- Corel Draw**:

- Video shooting skills are a plus**
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently without constant supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.
