**Education News Content Writer**

We seek a passionate and dedicated Education News Content Writer to join our editorial team. In this role, you will create engaging, informative, and up-to-date content related to education news, including policy changes, innovations in teaching and learning, interviews with educational leaders, and coverage of significant educational events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Write, edit, and publish compelling news articles and features focused on the education sector, including K-12, higher education, educational technology, and policy developments.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, research, and developments in education to ensure our content is relevant, accurate, and informative.
- Analyse web traffic metrics and audience engagement to refine content strategy and focus for maximum impact.
- Regularly update the education news section on the company's website with fresh, insightful, and engaging stories.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to brainstorm and develop story ideas that highlight significant trends and issues in education.
- Ensure all content is fact-checked, adheres to journalistic ethics, and maintains an educational focus.
- Promote the company's education news content by pitching stories to various educational platforms, media outlets, and social media channels.
- Work closely with the social media team to adapt and present content effectively across different platforms.
- Adhere to strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards in all content produced.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a content writer or journalist, explicitly focusing on education news and reporting.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, capable of producing explicit, engaging, and informative content on educational topics.
- Strong research skills, attention to detail, and commitment to factual accuracy.
- Ability to keep pace with the fast-evolving educational landscape and adapt content accordingly.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital publishing.
- Experience in generating traffic and engagement through compelling news content.
- Maters / Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Education, Communications, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹54,000.00 per month
