**Job Title: IELTS Teacher**

**Location: Okhla, Phase-1**

**Job Type: Full Time**

**Salary: 40k/- Fixed +Profit Sharing**

**Reporting To: Academic Coordinator**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging IELTS lessons to individuals or groups.
- Conduct mock tests and assess students’ performance to track progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their scores.
- Develop and use instructional materials tailored to students’ needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IELTS testing formats and standards.
- Create a supportive and positive classroom environment.
- Monitor and report student progress and attendance regularly.
- Encourage active participation and motivation among students.
- Stay current with changes in the IELTS exam and adapt teaching accordingly.
- Attend staff meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field )
- IELTS Teaching Certification (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching IELTS or ESL/EFL students.
- Proven track record of helping students achieve high band scores.
- Excellent command of English (native or near-native proficiency).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to teach both online and in-person classes.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with various IELTS preparation tools and online platforms.
- Ability to tailor lessons to suit students’ different learning styles and levels.
- Experience with academic writing instruction and speaking practice.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
