**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to join our team. This role is essential in managing client relationships, ensuring project alignment with client objectives, and collaborating with our creative and strategy teams to deliver exceptional results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client goals, deliverables, and timelines to ensure projects meet or exceed expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including strategy, creative, and digital, to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, keeping all parties informed and accountable.
- Anticipate client needs, address concerns, and ensure timely communication to maintain client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients and provide updates on project status and results.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role (agency experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
