Key Responsibilities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise non-technical clients and technical team members.
Functional Responsibilities (Core Focus):

- Provide day-to-day support for end users across key UKG modules such as timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and forecasting(knowledge).
- Provide work estimates for system enhancements and be able to translate to system functional requirements / specifications
- Identify and resolve functional issues in collaboration with technical team and/or vendor (UKG) support teams.
- Review, analyze, and resolve configuration issues related to pay rules, work rules, schedule groups, and employee classifications.
- Liaise with clients to gather business requirements and implement system enhancements or changes.
- Participate in unit & regression testing and validation of upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts.
- Maintain system documentation

Value-Add: Technical Capabilities (Nice to Have):

- Basic troubleshooting of integration issues (e.g., data load failures, file transfers).
- Understanding of how data flows between UKG and external systems such as payroll or HRIS.
- Familiarity with SFTP, APIs, or middleware tools like Dell Boomi.
- Ability to perform data validation using tools such as Excel or basic SQL.
