Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospects, providing product information, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining a customer database. The Tele Marketing Executive should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-oriented approach. They must be comfortable working with sales targets and possess good knowledge of the products and sales. Back office refers to In store activities, shoot coordination of products, shipment generate and order handling. The person will be responsible for in store backend work.
