Job Title: Telecaller - Sales Executive

**Role Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller Sales Executive to join our team at Parijatak Ayurveda. In this role, you will be responsible for managing leads generated through social media platforms, converting them into customers, and promoting our Ayurvedic services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Lead Management**: Handle available leads from social media channels and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Conversion Focus**: Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert leads into satisfied customers through effective follow-up and relationship building.
- **NPS Implementation**: Run Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys to assess customer satisfaction and gather valuable feedback to improve our services.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a thorough understanding of our Ayurvedic products and services to effectively convey their benefits to customers.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets set by management through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall customer experience.
- **Business Promotion**: Actively promote our services and special offers on social media and other platforms to attract new clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Minimum 12th grade or a postgraduate degree, preferably with a specialization in the Ayurvedic industry or MRO (Medical Representative Officer) training.
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing (preferred).
- Familiarity with social media marketing and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
