We conceptualize, build, and manage Information Technology for Digital Industries and deliver competitive advantage to our business. We are looking for IT professionals like you, who will work as Data Migration Coordinator, responsible for planning and executing data migration projects, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the process. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing risks, and maintaining detailed documentation. The coordinator will also conduct testing and validation of migrated data.

**You’ll break new ground by**:

- Data Migration Planning: Develop and execute data migration plans, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data throughout the migration process.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to ensure smooth data migration. Deliver status of data migration activities on regular basis to stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to data migration and develop mitigation strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data migration processes, including data mapping, transformation rules, and validation procedures.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of migrated data to ensure it meets business requirements.

**You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including**:

- 5+ years of Proven experience in IT industry and work on data migration projects, or a similar role.
- Qualified B.E / BTech / MCA or equivalent from reputed institute.
- Understanding of SAP data model.
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- You should have experience of working with offshore / global teams.
- You should be willing to learn and adapt new technologies.
- Data Migration Tools: Proficiency with data migration tools and software.
- Database Management: Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
- Knowledge of MYD tool from SAP.
- Basic scripting knowledge any scripting like Python, VB.
- Data Analysis: Strong skills in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency with release management tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- ETL Processes: Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.
- Technology Integration: Experience in integrating various technologies and platforms especially into SAP S4 HANA.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with version control systems like Git, SVN to manage code changes and releases.
