**Experience** - 3+ Years
**Location** - Chandigarh
**Salary** - Upto 25k

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct salary negotiations and manage offer processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitive hiring strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter.
- Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and technical skills.
- Strong experience with various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with an ATS or recruitment software.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
