**Bridging Technologies is hiring for Trainer (Learning & Development)**:
**Experience**: 2+ yrs

**Location**: Mohali

**Job Responsibilities-**
- Facilitates classroom training to teach product knowledge, call handling skills, customer service/sales skills and process policies and procedures.
- Developing the learning and educational materials, such as presentations, how-to manuals, instructional videos, etc.
- Ensure successful execution of training modules/programs (Product/Process Updates/Training)
- Coaching and Mentoring
- Organize and Conduct the call calibration sessions to ensure standardization of the learning systems.
- Conduct and manage Knowledge Check for New Hires’ & Operations Staff
- Audit calls to identify areas of improvement and training gaps and sharing structured feedback.
- Monitor progress of new hires during the 0 to 30 Calendar days once they move to operations floor.

**Knowledge, Skills, Other Abilities-**
- Very Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Presentation & Decision Making Skills
- Ability to handle diverse situations in training sessions
- Customer/ Client Handling Skills
- Familiarity with usage of Google tools
- Ability to work during night shifts
- Experience in any product/process/soft skill/up-skilling training
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Training delivery (preferably in an international contact center).

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
