4. **Material and Color Selection**:

- Choose appropriate materials, finishes, and colors based on the client's preferences, budget, and the overall design concept.
- Consider factors like lighting, acoustics, and maintenance requirements.

5. **Furniture and Fixture Selection**:

- Research and select furniture, lighting, and other fixtures that complement the design concept and meet the client's needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure selected items.

6. **Budgeting**:

- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that design elements align with financial constraints.
- Provide cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project-related expenses.

7. **Project Management**:

- Oversee the implementation of the design, working closely with contractors, architects, and other professionals.
- Ensure that the project stays on schedule and within budget.

8. **Communication**:

- Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present design proposals, including 2D and 3D renderings.

9. **Stay Updated on Trends**:

- Keep abreast of design trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative and contemporary solutions.

10. **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure that designs comply with building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards.

11. **Problem Solving**:

- Address challenges that may arise during the design and implementation phases, finding creative solutions to meet client needs.

12. **Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, specifications, and records of expenses.

**Salary**: ₹12,500.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
