**Full job description**

We’re looking for a **Creative Content Writer** who can do more than just write If you can turn ideas into impactful content, develop innovative brand strategies, and have a flair for creating unique, scroll-stopping videos and reels — we want to hear from you. You’ll be the voice behind the brand and the brain behind the content strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft innovative brand strategies that align with the brand's identity and goals.
- Ideate and script unique, engaging video content including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with design and video teams to bring content to life visually.
- Conduct research to ensure all content is relevant, on-trend, and aligned with current audience interests.
- Maintain a consistent tone of voice and messaging across all platforms.
- Analyze performance of content and tweak strategies for better engagement and reach.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically for brand positioning and campaign ideation.
- Experience in scripting and conceptualizing video content (especially for Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Solid understanding of content marketing, social media trends, and audience behavior.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus.
- Basic video editing skills (preferred but not mandatory).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, branding, or digital marketing.
- Portfolio of past work (writing samples + video/reel concepts or outcomes).

**Bonus if you**:

- Stay glued to trends on Instagram and TikTok.
- Love brainstorming wild, out-of-the-box content ideas.
- Are obsessed with brand aesthetics and storytelling.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
