**Centerline Clinic focuses on providing advanced rehabilitation based treatment options for various spine, joint and musculoskeletal conditions. These treatments are tailor made to the specific needs of each patient. Lifestyle modification, diet & nutrition counselling is an integral part of the treatment as we believe that a healthy lifestyle is important for preventing recurrence of such conditions.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients' physical conditions through comprehensive assessments, including patient history, diagnostic tests, and observation of movements.**:

- **Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans to address specific patient needs, focusing on improving movement, managing pain, and preventing disability.**:

- **Rehabilitation: Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and techniques to promote recovery from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions.**:

- **Education: Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to maintain long-term health.**:

- **Monitoring Progress: Track and document patients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.**
