**Job Title**: Assistant General Manager - Sales (Real Estate)

**Salary**: ₹60,000 - ₹80,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: Minimum 5-8 years in Real Estate Sales
**Joining**: Immediate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies for residential and commercial projects
- Build and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and investors
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and close deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and conversion
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong CP network in Kharar and surrounding areas
- Must have own conveyance for local travel
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills
- Immediate joiner preferred
